The dream began in 2021 when we bought Dory’s Takeaway, the fish and chip shop next door.

We were then presented with the opportunity to take on the restaurant as well. The prospect couldn’t have been more exciting for us, childhood friends creating a space for our friends, family, and the community to enjoy and be proud of.

The three of us grew up in the area but later moved away, travelling and training in our professions. Tim is the chef, Caia the hospo superstar, and James the builder. Together, we designed, built, and created both venues, and we couldn’t be more excited and proud to share them with you.
